The Yoga Retreat Weekend is Finally here!!!!

Off to a yoga retreat this evening with Marah for the weekend!  So stoked about that.  I'll be back on Sunday around lunch, let's hope that Jeff doesn't forget about the boys and them needing to be fed.  Oh yeah, and him too.  Let's hope he doesn't perish before I come back on Sunday ;)

As we age
