      It is. It's a couple of acres, too much maintenance for them as it's hilly and rocky (their house is literally built into the Canadian Shield rock). It's beautiful but in the middle of nowhere and the snow they get in the winter is just astounding. Like, way too freaking much and they get snowed in. :)
