Tuesdays - I do weight training, better known as BodyPump, which is a 60 minute class.
Wednesdays - I sometimes take a spin class or I'll do my own thing, cardio and some weight.
Thursdays - Usually a 60 minute BodyPump class or a yoga class.
Fridays - Usually BodyShred or a BodyPump class. I often do that twice if I'm feeling wrecked.
Weekends - I used to sometimes do a class on Saturday and Sunday's both but I've learned to listen to my body. It needs to recover. Plus, in addition to listening to my body a bit more, in the last few months, I've been helping out on my off-weekends with petsitting, and then things like a wedding, a bachelorette party. Sometimes life gets in the way but I'm okay with that.
